{finland, day 5}

our suomenlinna ferry arriving back to the market square.
some millionaire's yacht (notice the helicopter) welcomes us back to mainland.
next pictures:
things you'll see when you walk from the market square to the railway station.

asunto espalla olisi ihan kiva juttu. :)
i've always dreamt about owning an apartment in downtown helsinki.
esplanade is the street to go to when you want to buy high end finnish design products.
marimekko, iittala, pentik, aarikka...

cafés and people sitting outside relaxing are such a common sight in helsinki. and just so you know - anything made by fazer is delicious!

finnish people love trees. they're literally everywhere. :)
the railway station clock tower.

one of my favorite buildings in helsinki.
the railway station is definately one of my favorite buildings. it was designed by eliel saarinen and opened in 1919. approximately 200,000 passangers go through the station each day.

i Y helsinki!
